Firefox 在请求未返回前刷新，会有缓存，前端应该怎么处理？

Chrome 下没有这个问题，在 Firefox 下却有这个问题，第一次遇到，有点摸不着头脑，不知道大家对这个有没有经验？

古老的办法再请求的后面加上时间戳

在response header 中强制设置不缓存。
